Nothing to Write...Letter N

I have a blockage. In my brain. This blockage is keeping me from thinking of things to write about. It's annoying because I have the energy to write, but my thoughts are too faint to focus on anything in particular. So, I'm just going to write about whatever I feel like.

I feel like talking about YouTube today. I have a bond with YouTube because we have so much in common. YouTube is a place where you can put anything, and "anything" is the perfect definition for the things that come out of my head. YouTube has a way of taking a sweet innocent video and turning it into something questionable simply by snapping a still frame of the video that kind of looks like a dick, but you're not really sure....so you click on it.Pretty much everything anyone says I turn into something questionable. It's a gift, really. I wish it was a gift that made me rich. Or wise. Or pretty much anything other than a perv.

Here are some more from my private stock...videos that make you wonder how I can function in society.

The answer to why we have to have shows like "To Catch a Predator"
Here's one from my favorite little kawaii girl, Venusangelic. This chick is nuts. She is all of 15 and she dresses like a doll and makes weird tutorials. I will remain obsessed...until she becomes of age. Then she will just be some wannabe Asian chick who dresses like a pedo-whore.

I watch you with no pants on
Human Giant was the best show on TV. Anytime you see something on MTV that makes you think what is wrong with people!?!?!, check out a video from Human Giant. This show was only on MTV for 2 seasons, but it is a serious tie for first place with Liquid Television.

Liquid Television: Animated Mind Fucks
So, since I mentioned Liquid Television, here's a clip from it. Liquid Television gave me some very memorable cartoons, such as Aeon Flux, and I remember watching Daria clips on there too. But this clip was more of the truly bizarre things you would see. They would put these short segments in-between the longer programs, and these gems would leave you thinking: What the fuck was that?

Keepin in realz....fo real real...not fo play play (my spell check just committed suicide)
I also like YouTube because there are so many real moments on it. YouTube sometimes gets a bad rap as a place where people post for fun, and some people do. And some people get recognized for their funny videos. But then some real shit happens. Not on YouTube but in their real life....and they share it with us. And they cry. And sometimes we cry. Because we feel like we know them as a character and their persona has caused to forget that they are a real human being. And when their realness is suddenly revealed to us we immediately feel their feelings because we didn't realize they even had them until that very moment. And then there are the videos of people who become known to us because they chose to share their pain in such a public forum. We all remember Jonah's video and all of the responses and support he received. I'll post it again in case you haven't seen it. Grab a Kleenex. If you want to see people who uploaded videos to show their support, click HERE to go to YouTube and in the search box, type in "What's going on response".

So cute that I have to punch myself in the face to come back down to real life...
Now, I don't want to leave you on such a sad note (as it is not really my "thing" to be serious) so here is one final clip. This clip is nothing but cuteness...I know it's OLD and everyone has seen it, but I don't give a shit, this is my blog :)

So, I hope you have enjoyed this trip down YouTube lane. Do me a solid and share a comment with one of your favorite videos on the interwebbies. Don't be shy, we're not here to judge.

Happy YouTubing!

Letter M: The crème de la crème

While I technically already used the letter F for a post about my most favorite things, I thought that today I would put a spin on that concept. So, this is a list of my favorite food things that start with the letter M. Enjoy!

Macaroni and Cheese
I don't even think there's much I need to say to convince anyone of why this was the first thing I thought of. Mac-n-cheese is a perfect food. It's multifaceted in the ways you can enjoy it. Here are just a few:

  • You can eat it straight up. This is the comfort food level. Any version that provides a haven from real life is acceptable, whether it be homemade, out of a box or freezer, or from your favorite restaurant. Anything goes here as long as it takes the pain of real life away. I am lucky because any mac-n-cheese version is a comfort to me.
  • You can deep fry it. This is reserved for those of you that know how to cook. Or if you're me, you get it at every restaurant that offers it. I've seen it made on TV before: You make you mac-n-cheese and stick it in a big casserole dish so that the mac-n-cheese is about 2 inches high and smoothed out on the top. Stick that in the fridge to get cold and hard. Then you cut it into little squares, roll it in bread crumbs and fry it up. Amen.
  • You can put stuff in it. Whatever you want to. I like to put stuff into Kraft Mac-n-cheese, like ground beef, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Or chicken, salsa, and cheddar cheese is good too. Of course, there's always bacon...sweet, smokey bacon....*sound of me sliding off my chair* Too bad my husband doesn't like bacon. Don't ask me about it because I can't even talk about it. He's not human.
  • You can put it in stuff. Stir some left over mac-n-cheese into tomato soup. It's divine poor people food. Here are some other ideas I just had that someone needs to try: Mac-n-cheese inside a hamburger or meatloaf, mac-n-cheese inside an egg roll, mac-n-cheese wrapped in a deep fried bacon weaved pirogi. Someone make those happen and send them to me.
Maraschino Cherries
Sweet mother of god, is there anything better? A jar of these won't last five minutes in our house. They are the centerpiece of my most favorite cookie, the Cherry Wink. My mother used to make them every Christmas and now my sister does and I love her for that. Jennifer, if you wouldn't mind, could you please post the recipe as a comment? I think everyone should be able to experience the Cherry Wink. Maraschino cherries are also the finishing touch to a Whiskey Sour or an Amaretto Sour (both with a little juice)...both drinks I love. All of the leftover juice goes into anything carbonated: coke, 7-Up, sprite, etc.

Marshmallow Fluff
Take 2 slices of toasted Wonder Bread (or Martins Potato Bread) and lay them open. On one side, put about a 1/2 in of creamy peanut butter and a sliced banana. On the other side, put about 3/4 of an inch of fluff. Stick them together. Before eating, unlock your front door and call 911 to tell them that you think someone in your house fell into a diabetic coma. Then eat.

Miracle Whip
I don't care what you think about it. Seriously. Everyone hates Miracle Whip and they all suck ass. Miracle Whip is freaking amazing. It's great on any lunch meat or "salad" (tuna, chicken, etc). If you really want to experience the true power of miracle whip, order yourself an Italian Meats sub from a sub shop, but get it with no condiments on it. Go home and mix up miracle whip with Italian dressing and slap it all over the sub. Take off your pants, then eat. You're welcome.

Marzipan
Almond meal ground up with sugar into a paste that taste like cherries? How can that not be awesome? Take that shit and spread it on a square of that wicked bitter chocolate, like a 78% cacao one. It's life changing. There is something about marzipan that makes me want to eat it until I puke and then eat some more. If in life, you ever come across anything with marzipan in it, get it. Tell your friends.

Mike-N-Ike
They are in a 3-way tie with Swedish Fish and Good-N-Plenty for best candy ever. We keep a container of these up next to the bed and if we get snacky while watching TV, there is nothing more satisfying than a handful. My favorite combinations are:

  • Red and Green: Cherry Limeade
  • Pink and Yellow: Strawberry Lemonade
  • Red and Red: I LOVE CHERRY CANDY.

Maple Stuff (including pancake syrup)
I know a lot of people are groaning reading that since to THEM, pancake syrup doesn't have real maple syrup in it so there fore it doesn't taste like maple. But I like them both...equally. I like maple everything: maple ice cream, maple bacon, maple candy, maple scones, maple frosting, maple ANYTHING. If fact, I don't like real maple syrup on pancakes because it soaks in and fucks up the texture of the pancake. Give me a ridiculous gelatinous pile of Mrs. Butterworth any day for pancakes and waffles. I do, however, prefer real maple syrup on crepes with powdered sugar.

Now, I am starving. Seriously starving. I could eat the ass out of an elephant. Time for Hot Pockets!

So if everyone could do me a solid and share their favorite M foods and recipes, that would be pretty cool.

Thanks!
Dana C.

Little Letter L: Love of People

For the letter L, I have decided to delve deep into one of many of our favorite past-times: People Watching. I know that lots of people enjoy that small glimpse into the lives of strangers and we all get it though different mediums. For example, I have a very good friend (who shall remain nameless, but let's call her "Schmara Shmoldman) who used to love our night time drives through the town we lived in. I would drive, and she would look into people's windows and tell me what they were watching on TV. Sometimes when dining out, you might see a couple talking in hushed angry tones and think, "Are they fighting? What about? Do I look like that if I'm pissed off in public?" or if you're like me you make up an insane story....something like: They're about to be married, and she just found out that her husband-to-be was born with both male and female genitals and was raised as a girl until he became of age and was able to have the surgery and change his name. He chose to tell her in a public place because she was raised in a crazy religious cult, so her first instinct at home would be to throw a snake on his face to "cleanse him". And he hates snakes. They make him scream. Like a woman. And at that very moment, she's putting it all together. How lucky are we to witness this momentous occasion?

But I digress. Sorry about that. I want to keep telling you about their fight that I just made up but I REALLY want to try and stay on topic (shiny object!!!!)

So, we like to people watch at the casino. It's a great place to witness all levels of human interactions from joy to pain (*singing* like sunshine, and rain). It's also a great place to see the most insane rituals and luck bringing antics you could ever imagine. Anyone who been to a casino can vouch for this. So for those of you who have been I hope you can sit back and reminisce and for those of you who have not, sit back and enjoy the crazies!

I'd like to break down some different groups of people that you will regularly see at any casino:

The Drunks: Theses are a great group of folks to watch. They fight with each other, they make really bad bets, they talk loudly...all the normal things that a pile of drunk people would do. But in a casino, you also see their world coming to a screeching halt when they just realize how much money they lost. Or they just realize their wife has left. With their money. Or the drunk girl who is purposefully picking a fight with her male counterpart in public because he can't do anything other than make sure her ass isn't hanging out of the bottom of her tank dress. And then she get pissed because he's trying to keep her vagina from being exposed and accuse him of always controlling her. Those are great moments because she usually falls down and that's when he walks away. Then the tears start and he keeps walking. Those are the forever moments in a relationship...

The Ritualizers: We've all seen them. The touch every fucking button on the machine before placing a bet. They stick their players cards in and out of the machine so many times (we call that slot fucking) because that will definitely ensure a jackpot! They wipe the screen with their hands in a weird acid induced swirls as the reels stop. They bang on the machine to try and make a reel stop in a particular spot. They punch the screen to try and make a reel stop. We sat next to a woman who licked every finger on her hand before touching a button. Every button press. She might as well have been sucking the fingers of everyone there. Ew. Some people like to make songs out of the buttons. Sad, shitty songs of loss...it's depressing. Now this is not to say that Jim and I don't have our own rituals. For example, every trip where there's a fountain requires money to be thrown in. And not just a penny, but pretty much all the change we have. We knock on each other's machines ALL the time. We kiss when we start a bonus. We ASK the machine for very specific things, like "OK, all I want is to get 3 reels of the slutty witch lady and birds on both sides (those of you who have played Wicked Winnings will know that one)". And then when she doesn't give it to you, you call her a whore. Then all of the sudden I start winning and I swear to God I think it's because she likes to be talked dirty to. So I continue to berate her. Then I stop winning and I can't understand why.

The Q-Tips: These are the old folks. Chain smoking and carrying around an oxygen tank. Swearing at their machines. Blocking up the aisles because their wheelchairs are never out of the way. These people are the roots of any casino. One night, I was sitting next to an old lady who was drunk and she told me all about menopause. It was awesome. We knew each other for all of 5 minutes and she was telling me about her sweaty breasts and dry vagina. I loved her. We also met an equally awesome woman in the poker room before one of Jim's tournaments. She was retired, and lived in Virginia with her family. She used to work in the casinos in Reno back when it has the happenin' place to go as a casino waitress. She had great stories. In fact, if my memory serves me right, she beat Jim out for first place in that tournament. She was one cool chick.

The Families: This is something we never understand. People bring their kids to a casino. OK, I get that there's an arcade and a Ben and Jerry's...but really? Their kids are always doing dumb shit, like running down the halls and screaming, or bouncing a basketball (into a pile of q-tips) or crying. I'm guessing they're bored out of their gourds and trying to do anything to get mommy's attention. Sorry honey, but mommy is too busy counting her slot tickets...

The Clubbers: Many casinos have clubs in them. These clubs are pounding out mad house beats when you walk by. There's a guy at the door to make sure you meet the dress code before paying to get in. The dress code is "prostitute chic" and "pimp-tastic". The highest heeled shoes you can imagine. This group eventually evolves into "The Drunks" at some point during the evening.

I hope you have enjoyed this small glimpse into my views on the sociological side of a casino experience. Perhaps you have your own experiences to share while observing mankind (or dogkind, or catkind) in a particular environment. Let me know in the comments.

Happy People Watching!

K is for FEAR

A short time ago I did a post about phobias and while it's not nice to laugh at people's fears it was pretty funny. So I thought I would "learn us all" some K phobias. Are you ready to have the krap (mispelling and grammar intended, word nazis) scared out of you?

And right out of the gate with a vagina joke:

Kolpophobia- Fear of genitals, particularly female
Let's talk about this one. Fear of genitals. Just marinade in that for a minute. It's pretty messed up. Does that mean you're also afraid of your own genitals? Then what? How do you function in society...how do you go to work knowing that the enemy is within arm's reach? That it's in your pants and there's nothing you can do about it? That they're possibly sweating genital essence into your underwear? Or into your jeans if you don't wear underwear. Could someone who is afraid of genitals NOT wear underwear? And would Barbie dolls be like their safe place? All smooth and genital-less. And what about earthworms? How do they feel about earthworms? This is blowing my mind.
Would they be afraid of a flower that looks like a vagina?

Kynophobia- Fear of rabies
Duh. Seriously. Who doesn't have this? Is there anyone out there that's like "Whatev, rabies. You do your thing over there and I'll do my thing over here" I don't think so. In fact, I would like to believe that kynophobia is the gateway phobia to fear of squirrels, skunks, opossums and let's not forget St. Bernards (thank,s Steven King). Then there's fear of giant needles. Rabies sucks all over. Be afraid of rabies. It's normal.

It's OK. Be afraid.

Kleptophobia- Fear of stealing
Haha! Good. This is another good one to have. It pairs nicely with "fear of getting caught" and "fear of jail". I am curious how one is diagnosed with kleptophobia. For example, you'd have to BE STEALING to realize you're afraid of it. And then what?

Oh wait, I know. STOP STEALING SHIT, YOU KLEPTO!!!

I totally get this one.

Kyphophobia- Fear of stooping
When I saw this, I said, huh? I sat here and took a moment for myself. I had to ask myself: Is there another definition of stooping other than "to bend down" or "lower to", because I don't get this one at all. So I used my trusty little computer box to look up some more info on the subject. I came across a website that is supposed to cure people of their fears. Here's what they had to say about the subject:

Kyphophobia Risk Factors & Causes

Cases of kyphophobia are usually (although not always) caused by an intense negative experience from the past. But your mind can also create that fear seemingly without basis. The key is digging down to the source and replacing negative associations with positive ones. Those at greatest risk include:

• People with a general tendency towards fear and anxiety
• People characterized as ‘high strung’
• People suffering from adrenal insufficiency

Do any of those describe you?

Uh, maybe. Then I had to look up adrenal insufficiency (salt cravings: YES. Weight Loss: NO, dammit!) So I guess I'm not afraid to stoop. That's good. I guess. Maybe I'll try a week without stooping and see if it affects my life, other than the fact that everyone else will have to pick stuff up for me because I will be too afraid...this is sounding awesome already.

Oh, the humanity!!!!!!

Koinoniphobia- Fear of rooms
WTF. I can't even digest this. What if someone with fear of rooms fell in love with someone with Kenophobia (fear of voids or empty space's)? Where in the hell would they live? Would they both be able to eat free range chicken? Topics that would be off limits: Outer space, Pi, doll houses, mimes being trapped in boxes, time, and jack-in-the-box.

RUN!!! IT'S A ROOM!!!!
RUN!!! IT'S A FIELD!!!

I hope you have enjoyed this little trip. If we've learned anything, it's that fears come in all shapes and sizes. And some of them are perfectly OK. So, what are YOU afraid of?

Be Afraid,
Dana C.

The letter J: Too many possibilities

Going into the letter J, I was worried I wouldn't have anything to write about, completely forgetting my husband (Jim), my sister (Jenn). Since I'm not really into sharing too much about other people (to respect privacy and all that shiz) I'm going to share other things that start with J that I like. Enjoy!

On a side note, I am coming down off of a wicked migraine, and the fonts and formatting were completely pissing me off, so there's lots of fuck ups in this post (more than usual). Everytime I try to fix it, it makes it worse. So rather than burn my house down in frustration, you're getting my half-assed formatting. I can't deal with this shit today. Oh yeah, and my bird won't shut up, so I'm going to kill him and eat him for dinner tonight.

Mmmm...does a jelly doughnut warrant
sexy doughnut time flashbacks? I'm thinking
 YES, it's a definite possibility...
Jelly Doughnuts
I don't think there's much to say on this topic. If you don't like them, you haven't tried enough of them. There is a jelly doughnut out there for everyone, except maybe for diabetics. Even then, I bet someone makes a sugar free jelly doughnut (good luck with that). What I don't get is why so much powdered sugar on the outside? I always inhale it and choke. Putting aside the risk of sugar asphyxiation, they are a delight. A pure sugar lovers dream. And since there is fruit in jelly, it's probably the most healthiest doughnut in the case. So, go ahead, and have two. And don't forget, eating them with no pants on makes them taste even better. Just remember you can only do that at home, so get them to go.

Jail TV shows
No, I'm not talking about Cops (the all time best show to watch when drinking). I mean the jail shows, like "Las Vegas Jail" or " Jail" or "Locked-Up". I watch these shows on a just-in-case-I-get-arrested-and-need-to-survive-in-an-all-womens-prison premise. Seriously, don't you want to know what you're getting into if you decide to break the law? There's all different kinds of jail shows to prepare you for any scenario. For example, Las Vegas Jail shows you how to behave in the Clark County Correctional Facility. Being that we love Las Vegas, this show is important to watch. The key points to a holding facility is: shut the fuck up, face forward, speak only when spoken to (and only to guards) and no fighting. By following these simple tips, you will be released back into society before you know it, especially if it's just a public drunkenness charge. Locked Up shows you how to survive in prison. For example, in a men's prison, you can steal butter pats from the cafeteria to jerk off with...but don't get caught because you're not supposed to jerk off in prison. Also, Locked Up Abroad shows you that there is more than a million reasons to NOT stuff heroin balloons up your ass and take them to a foreign country. If you want to see how much prison can suck, watch that show. If you want to scare your kids, make them watch it. You will definitely convince them to not become drug smugglers. Check your local listings for all these great shows. You won't be sorry.

This clip, from the Spike TV show, Jail, shows a woman crying for her mom.

Jackson 5
And not just the band, but the movie, The Jackson Five: An American Dream. It's on VH1 at least once every 3-6 months. It's good.

The Jackson 5 performing, "ABC" on American Bandstand

Green Apple Jelly Fruit Tea
Jelly Fruit Tea
I get it almost every time we go to Foxwoods. There's a Japanese bakery, called Fay Da there. They have Bubble Tea and Jelly Fruit Tea. But since this is J, I will tell you only about Jelly Fruit Tea. First you pick what flavor of tea you want. I like the green apple tea with jelly fruit. So, the green apple tea is a sweet drink that almost tastes like a green apple juice. Then they add the fruit jelly. Fruit jelly are little rectangles of flavored chewy jello stuff. I believe the jellied substance is made of the same stuff as certain soluble fiber supplements. It's almost like little Jello jiggler bits. The flavors are bright, sweet and tropical. While you drink the cold liquid, the chunks of jelly fly up the fat straw and you chew them. It's pretty filling for a drink and takes a long time to drink it. It's delish!!!!

 Junior Mints
Junior Mints are the perfect candy to end any meal. They're minty but too minty. A nice palate cleanser but not so harsh that you feel like you ate toothpaste. The chocolate shell is waxy enough so as not to get all melty and nasty..yet it's sweet enough to make you feel like you're eating candy. The next time you go to the movies, get a small popcorn with butter and a box of junior mints. When you sit down, dump the junior mints into the popcorn. Commence eating. You will not be sorry.

Jim's Creations Art
And last but not least, JimsCreationsArt, my wonderful and talented husband's sites where he sells all the stuff he makes from scrap metal. And don't forget: It's not really welding until the smoke detectors are going off in the upstairs hallway!

Well, there you have, some great things that start with the letter J. Take some time and tell me what things YOU like that start with the letter J. You can comment on the blog, or even on Facebook.

Have a great weekend!

Inspired...by YouTube (aka the letter "i")

I love YouTube. I watch videos all the time. Depending on my mood I watch certain things. Or, if I want to change how I feel, there are certain channels I prefer. Here are some viewing treasures for you...boner petite!

If you feel the need to hurt someone, and the only solution is to paralyze yourself with fear, watch Rubber Johnny:

Rubber Johnny: Scare yourself into a coma

If you're feeling like maybe someone slipped a roofie in your drink, the best thing to do is watch this video by VenusAngelic:

  • If you are horrified that this girl is 15 and making this video, you have not been drugged.
  • If you watch this and can only focus on the stuffed animal tree on the couch, and you wonder what could live in it, you've definitely been drugged and need to call the police.
  • If you watch this, and feel like both a creeper and little kid watching cartoons, you are me.

I am obsessed with makeup tutorials. I watch them all the time. But sometimes, I like to watch crazy ones. Then I don't feel obligated to get off the couch and try it, because it's too weird. If you're feeling this same way, watch this Lady Gaga inspired makeup tutorial, then take a nap:

Michele Phan makes my favorite make-up videos

If you are so mentally tired, that you need to watch something with no words, and no thought involved, you will LOVE RRCherrypie videos. Here is one of my favorites. For me, this whole channel is like watching a cooking show :)
It's not a tongue, I promise. It's candy.
And, if you actually want to learn how to cook something Asian inspired, you go to the source. You go to Cooking With Dog. The best cooking channel on YouTube:
                                                          Mmmmmm.....bento box!

And now, allow me to introduce to you the channel that is my all time favorite: JennaMarbles. First of all, she's originally from Rochester, which makes her awesome. Secondly, she has a Masters degree in Sport Psychology and Counseling from BU. Third, she's fucking hilarious:

NSFW: What Girls Think About During Sex

There! Those are some of my favorite videos, compliments of YouTube. I hope you enjoy them, perhaps feel inspired by them to do some YouTube surfing, and maybe even subscribe to their channel. It makes them feel loved, and you get to feel like you're part of a secret club.

Happy YouTubing!

Letter H: I Can Haiku, Can You?

First off, allow me to give some props: To my sister, Jenn, for coming up with the idea for this post on the letter H. Thank you for thinking I'm funny. Without that I would slit my wrists.
Next, to Cathy L (aka cat), for giggling at my pathetic attempts to bring culture and fine arts to the workplace. You are the reason I don't throw myself out the window.

This week was a dreary one. And for whatever reason, dark, dreary weather makes me talk about dark, dreary things...like torturing someone in my basement (if you saw it you'd understand my fascination with torturing someone in it) or emotionally breaking someone down. I told you, dark days feed my dark soul. Now I know that talking about that kind of thing all day will give you a bad rep, so I prefer to channel my dark thoughts into other forms, making them more palatable to the people around me.

Enter the Haiku.

For those of you who are not familiar with haiku, here is a super simplified explanation of what I know about haiku: nothing. In school we simply learned that a haiku is a 3 line poem where the number of syllables for the lines are 5-7-5. We probably learned other stuff about it, but I was like 8 so forgive me for not remembering. Real haiku is way more complicated, and  most will say that you can not even write true haiku in English. But whatever. I'm not doing it to be serious...I'm doing it for fun. I will offer up one interesting thing I read on wikipedia about haiku:

This is the genius of haiku using an economy of words to paint a multi-tiered painting, without "telling all".Or as Matsuo Bashō puts it, "The haiku that reveals seventy to eighty percent of its subject is good. Those that reveal fifty to sixty percent, we never tire of."

That really speaks to me because that is EXACTLY why I love writing haiku. It can give people a glimpse of something without showing it all. It's a seductive fan dance of words. So, here are some haiku I wrote for you :)

Tired
Lids slip so easy
Slumber so effortlessly
Ready to fall down

Allergies
Itchy burning tears
No medicine really helps
Please cut my face off

Cloudy Days
Unroll the duct tape
Chloroform stops the struggle
Fun time in basement

Bees
Trying to kill me
Spray from 20 feet away
Die, motherfucker

Cat Hair
Gag, it's in my mouth
A vacuum cleaner's wet dream
Tumbleweeds drift by

Coffee
Pulse racing pick up
Too much makes me poop a lot
All day nervousness

Facebook
You lie perfection
My shit is always awesome
Typing through your tears

Eggs Benedict
Soft wet delicious
Your sauce gives me food boner
Nook and cranny love

Now, for the fun part. I want YOU to write haiku. Write it in the comments section of this blog, send it to me in an email, or put it on Facebook and tag me in your post. I am dying to read your haiku, whether it is funny, serious, silly or sad....I want it all. Give it a shot. Stick to the basic 5-7-5, or read up on real haiku and try that (good luck, it's wicked hard).

So, as I stated in my title, I can haiku, can you? Give it a shot.

Love, Peace, and Hair Grease,

Dana C.
